that could be true...get some neosporin for it and keep very clean...wash with soap and water, and use a little hydrogen peroxide ..then put a little neosporin and try not to pick....and take two aspirins and call me in the morning lol..jk..but try the other honey, I am sure it is nothing.

if the spots are mostly perfect cirlces in shape.. and look maybe like little clear wart/blisters then don't worry about them... my sisters and i all had little bumps on our faces.. i had mine when i was in about grade 4.. and we never ever found out what they were, but they cleared up and went away on their own. leaving no scars or anythign to bother our skin. jsut be sure not to scrath them off or try to burst them. they'll only end up bleeding quite bad for a few mins leaving a scab that'll show more.
i know i may not be much help in the way of a name or anything for them. but if they are what i'm describing then at least you don't need to worry about them...(they're just embarrasing to have showing on your skin)
