I have an acquired love for Swiss Appenzeller. I hated it, then craved for it and now loving it. What's your favourite cheese and why?

I love Gouda because it's got this hickory smoked taste to it and is great with crackers!

Parmesan! A good ripe one is just lovely with a glass of wine. On top you can use it to add a special flavour to soooo many dishes... Appenzeller as you said you have to try it but many people don't like it right away but I believe it's a real nice cheese and so different from the common one's.

My favourite cheese is «Azeitão» the bes cheese from the world very rare but the best .. From Portugal

Smoked Gouda for a cheese to put on a cracker. It has a very smooth flavor.

this can look extremely simple yet my admired thanks to eat cheese is to slice it skinny and likewise slice some fruit like apples or pears. both mutually praise one yet another. Now i recognize what i choose this nighttime! I do like each and each of the approaches you suggested on your question too alongside with putting butter, chives, bitter cream, grated cheese on a baked potato and baking it in the oven until eventually its completely melted and golden.
