Why are you still pining after someone from so long ago? Has something happened recently to make you think of your ex again? If there is something, get that sorted first.

Try getting in touch for a start and see how much you both still have in common or see if you both got rid of past issues/regrets and can talk comfortably..... if there is still issues there then DONT bring then up or open old wounds!!
If its true love, it will come back to you but theres nothing wrong with pushing it a little along the way

I know you may think you are really in love with him, but a lot of time has passed and he possibly is not be the same person you loved in the first place. You dont know what has happened in his life he may be married and have children it wouldnt be fair for you to be selfish and destroy what he may have built.

first is this lost love in a relationship if yes well leave well alone but if the are free the try writing your feelings down and send a photo of youself to them also if you get a reply then take it from there.

13 years is along time - she could be married and got kids now!!
People grow alot in 13 years too (physically and mentally) its more than likely that shes a different person and you may not have the same things in common!!
If it were so good - why did you break up with her? ask yourself that before making a fool of yourself.
Move on - 13yrs too long, life is too short.
