It doesnt, that is just one of thier ways of manipulating the bible to thier own needs, ie: you going there and giving them money and supporting thier group.
Happens all the time.

No where. The Jehovah's Witnesses just made it up. Their religion is a dangerous one, along side of Scientology. I would really stay away from these two American cults. They can kill you.
