is on a personals site, I saw it on her computer. She has no photo added and if I reply to it she will know I saw it on the computer. So should I reply, its a little difficult to let her know Im interested at work because I dont get to see her too often but we do stop and chat for a minute.

i do not see anything wrong with answering her personal ad myself...but if you are close at work then you could just ask her out....but maybe you could email her on the dating site and get to know her like that before you ask her out...i do not see anything wrong with it myself...

I say reply try get things to go where you want them to be and thats (as far as possible) over the net.Then mid day at work bring up some things that she said on the net,but do this in a subtle manner.Kinda like superman;(hear me out) Louis Lane kinda suspects that it's Clark Kent but she doesn't know for sure.Superman uses this to his advantage.Hope you catch my drift.
