No chance... you feel uncomfotable when your balls are hanging and bouncing around... you might even lose "its" shape as well... don't let it happen!

Really safe neighborhood with coyotes and wolves? @_@ Heh well, I would suggest doing your jogging either very early in the morning which is the best, because over night it really cools down and its fresh and cool in the mornings. So you shouldn't worry about fainting. Or if you cant do it in the mornings, you can try after sunset, although even after sunset it could be really, really hot with the ground still emanating a lot of heat and heating up the air. Mornings your best bet though. Never ever run between 10 am and 6 pm its very detrimental to your health and puts a lot of strain on your body. Never run under direct sunlight, especially in the Afternoon, that's inviting heat strokes and worse. Also always bring water bottle with you and keep hydrated. As for neighbors thinking you are a prostitute for wearing a sports bra? Hrm, maybe if you run in the morning you can put a light cotton tee-shirt over the sports bra, it could get rather chilly in the mornings. Also a 13 year old girl wearing only sports bra - that could invite some trouble, no matter how safe you consider your neighborhood. And I am not talking about wolves and coyotes. Stay safe and don't over do it.

Wearing or not wearing a sports bra will not effect how much weight you loose. However, if you do not wear one, you may find that your back hurts. you need the support the sports bra offers. Good luck...

i feel compelled to respond to this odd question. your theory is that if your breasts move while during your workout that you will lose more weight. when you work out you are conditioning your body either by cardiovascular exercise or by any number of ways to increase muscle mass (weightlighting, strenght training). for cardio you are increasing endurance by running or whatever to increase your heart rate (conditioning) - when you strength train you are targeting different body parts to build muscles.
your breasts moving will not help with cardio or help you target muscles (what good will it do if you are doing bicep curls and your breasts are jiggling?). i suggest keeping them in a sports bra :)

If you are interested in loosing weight, drink a tall glass of water before every meal...and conversely, if you feel the need to put on weight, do not drink anything before you eat.
