Have you tried online volunteering? Have you heard of any good or bad experiences? Which orgnaization do you know about?

In Somali, Chad, Laos, Sudan etc, exist a lot of computers. On line volunteering it's the best idea.

It will never happen, to hard to manipulate the elections if it were that easy for EVERYBODY to vote!
