If there's someone you can tell about your suspicions, you'd be doing your friend a favor. Keeping something like this quiet is not good for anyone. I would contact a medical professional to find out about overdose symtoms, also. The more you do to help your friend (and yourself!) the better.

You will know if the person is overdosing because they will begin violently puking.
A girlfriend of mine tried this before.
She said it was the most painful thing she ever experienced.
You should get the person help before they attempt to overdose.
they are probably seriously depressed.
P.S. To anyone who says you cant OD on tylenol, You can OD on any medication. Tylenol overdose can kill you the way any street drug can kill you in large quantities

My 2 year old son took unknown amounts of Tylenol. The poison control told me there won't be any symptoms until 2 days later when the liver starts to fail. Best to get checked by a doctor.

It takes a long time. The person usually survives, and spends the rest of his or her life with a trashed liver.
The treatment for tylenol overdose is drinking a medicine called mucomist, every four hours for weeks. It looks and tastes like snot.
Be a friend, call 911, and tell them about this person.
If it is yourself, please get some help.

Tylenol overdose is NOT cool - it just makes one SLEEPY. For real. Your 'friend' - is crying out - One doesn't really make mention one day like "Hey, I think I'm gonna overdose on tylenol".
Just talk to them. Hopefully he/she doesn't go thru w/ it.
(worse case 'he/she' ends up in the hospital getting their stomach pumped with tar).

indicators for a broken liver won't latest for some days. whether in case you wait that long, they are no longer going to have the capacity to do something approximately it that should assist you. Tylenol does better than liver harm at that best a dose. It motives liver failure. to respond to your question, perhaps. It relies upon on the guy. anticipate so at that dosage. you are going to ought to get some relaxing injections. Get your butt to the well being midsection.

i'm not entirely sure about tylenol, but i know lots of medications don't start to affect you for about an hour. like i said, i'm not positive about tylenol perse, but usually with other things, you're okay for about an hour, and then BLAM. if you think your friend is going to do this, and you can't convince them not to, make sure they get food and drink...or if you can be sure ahead of time, or if they're in serious trouble, just call for help. that's the best thing you can do to make sure your friend is okay. get them to a hospital.

Well since Tyenol is a basic alternative to Asprin, and you can't OD on Asprin, I wouldn't think you could OD on it. Sorry can't offer much help as to symptoms if you really can, but I agree with the first person in saying sak a medical person. What about a place like WebMD.
