My 2 month kitten seemed to be happy with her food, but now she doesnt eat as much as she used to. Is this normal?

Do you feed her kitten food? If not then switch her to that or try moistening her food with a little bit of water to make it easier for her to chew. If that does't work mix dry food with some canned food and if she still refuses to eat then take her to a vet to find out what is wrong with her.

As long as she is eating, she's okay. Maybe the heat is making her less hungry or maybe she just doesn't need as much food as she did when she was younger. She is just barely old enough to have left her mother. Are you giving her kitten food that contains the needed kitten milk products?

Have you changed the type of food she eats? Sometimes they don't adjust to the change very well. Try mixing in dry food with some wet food and see if she responds. If not then you can probably call the vet and just ask them. Good luck!

kittens or cats will eat when they are hungry. sometimes they will eat at night when you are in bed sleeping. I leave dry food and clean water out all day and night. so she may be eating when you are not around. she will not starve herself
