Dreams are random images and sounds, artificially resequenced by the brain in a way that seems to make sense.

They have no important meaning at all. There is no "magic" in our minds.

What you can control are the numbers of dreams that you have. You can do this by ensuring a sound, restful sleep. Don't eat a lot just before you go to bed, or eat spicy, greasy, or other hard-to-digest foods. If you're uptight, try relaxation breathing exercises.

If your sleep is disturbed for any reason, you'll dream more. This is because you'll spend more time in REM sleep, which is when we dream.

Foolish mortals. A dream is a reflection of the world. Explaining what COULD be, what WOULD be and even what SHOULD be.
There is no site accurate enough to explain as well as a professional mind can. And with that, only Insanity will eventually explain your dreams.

Yours Faithfully, D.

Someone on here suggested edgarcayce.org as a website with a good dream interpretation page.

However, a better way of interpeting your dreams is to compare it with events in your life. Sometimes dreams are messages from our subconscious or higher selves. However, keep in mind, sometimes they are just us trying to process information we've already dealt with.

Good luck.
