after the wedding how i need to kiss my bride(iam a groom)lips to lip it's like a french kiss or normal soft kiss lips to lips.other thing i need to know because of this lip kiss what kind of the affacts this lovers are getting.this lip kiss is really good to health or not.the heart pationts can do lips to lip kiss.

The first thing you need to consider is your church/place you are getting married. Some churches don't allow the kiss, others tell you "keep it appropriate" which means no tongue and quick. I would say keep it sweet. This is the time to be romantic. Passionate come later.

At the ceremony itself, the kiss should be on the lips. It should be short and sweet, mouths closed. Save the Frenching for later at the reception.
As for the rest, I'm not really sure what you are asking. How it affects lovers or heart patients isn't really relevant to how you kiss your bride.
