Although I love it when my husband remembers special occasions, I would NEVER ask or tell him to give me a present!! How old is this girl-10?

don't do what my partner did (give me a fridge magnet!!! not good we have 2 children together) how serious are you about this girl? how old are you these are all factors we need to know if your on a tight budget and the weather is nice (obviously you wouldn't live in the UK for this) take her on a romantic walk followed by a picnic or take in a movie just tell her all the time how special she is. make her tea , flowers chocolates a nice locket or bracelet not a ring as this could suggest too much.... good luck and happy days
