Propose? as in ask her to marry you?
Practice what you want to tell her, and then just do it! Try the old fashioned and sure way, I love you with all of my heart, and want to spend the rest of my life with you- will you marry me?

listen to ur heart
think that she loves u too & is waiting for ur proposal.
first be a frnd to her share her problems, make her feel comfortable whenever she is with u & be the same urself.
just be ur true self and go & tell her abt ur feelings.
dont ever do this when she is with some frnd. even if she loves u she'll not be able to respond.
be decent when u propose her.
dont 4get to look into her eyes while u propose
assure her that even if she needs time she can have it & if she doesn't love u, u can always be frnds.
all this will make her feel gud & she will start liking u even if doesnt now.

Try a different approach - something unique - hold her close, look her in the eye and open the ring case. wrap the ring in a hursheys kiss wrapper - the little paper that is with the candy will have those three words on it.
try a variation of it. some things you can express without words.

Look into her eyes and just think about what you want to say. You won't be able to, then just tell her this trivial-sounding truth,
"I run out of words whenever I look at you", now atleast you've 'talked' to her, the rest will be easy, incase you think it may not be just follow up quickly with an "I love you", get on your knees as you say this but keep looking straight into her eyes.

If you run out of words in front of her try this!
* Post your proposal to the internet, just make sure that she will see it when ever she opens a computer.
*Post it on her favorite magazine, and show it to her
*Invite her to a dinner and let the engagement ring on her plate say the words for you.

try writing it down in a poem and reading the poem to her she will probly like that and think it is very romantic
