How do you find f(t) of a triangular waveform inorder to find fourier coeffcients?

Question

Period is T. Consider it to be an equilateral triangle. 0-T/4 and
T/4 - 3T/4 ... 4V/T and 2V -4V/T are the corresponding f(t) of the limits given of a triangular waveform, but how?
