Caveat: My answer will not be popular. That being said I'll continue anyway.
Again, Wicca is a specific initiatory, oathbound, mystery tradition. It has rules. It has dogma. It has pretty much all the qualifiers for the word "religion". The statements that Wicca allows you to practice any way you want, do anything you want, etc. are ridiculous. If that were the case there would be absolutely no cohesion and it would fail to qualify as a religion at all!
The Wicca worship two specific tribal deities that originated in the New Forest area of Great Britain whose names are known to initiates only. We believe there are certain things we need do in service to our Gods and to each other. The Priesthood is very much about service and not about all the "kewl stuff" you can do. We don't worship Isis, Loki, or Zeus. Most people who honor these miriads of other deities are practicing a form of eclectic Neo-Paganism. Absolutely perfectly fine..but it isn't Wicca. The Wicca also do not worship the earth, trees, rivers, etc. We like 'em a whole lot...but we don't worship them. The Wicca also do not worship the classic elements of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water. We see those things as being (in a psychological / metaphoric sense) inherent to all things, but we don't worship them.
We believe in reincarnation. But it isn't exactly the same as the Hindu or Buddhists view of reincarnation. We believe that there is a process whereby we return to one another.

They are extremely individualistic, each person can/does believe in whatever they want, often some sort of spirit of nature, much in line with environmental conservationism. They don't believe in evil, or doing evil things. Spells often equate to prayer/meditation, but they may use incense (as does the Catholic church or Buddhists) &/or herbs too. Many believe in natural healing a.k.a. naturopathy. Wiccans can sometimes be called pagans.
