Does anyone else get these and how is this relieved?

Just a suggestion but have you considered finding out what makes you panick?If they just come out of the blue, then you need to address this first.Breathing techniques help. meditation & yoga, for panick attacks.If they have been there for sometime it would be best to see your GP.With the Migraines i usually take a prescribed tablet called imigran.My guess would be that the panick attacks are the cause of your migrains, maybe consider the suggestions I gave & if you do ,they will only help.Good LUCk

Your headaches could be caused by stress. The more you stress about your panicky feelings the more headaches you may get and so on. You need to find out what are causing the panicky feelings. Is there a major event happening in your life? Changes that you feel you can't control. go to the doctor and get a checkup and tell him what you said here. He can better help you with the panicky feelings and then the headaches will probably subside.

If you're female and ages 37 to 49 you might be experiencing perimenopausal symptoms. It'd be a good idea to get a blood or saliva test to see what levels you hormones are at and if you need some hormone supplementation.I'd reccomend natural progesterone cream. It helps reduce the migranes as well as ease the anxiety. Great stuff. Also avoid Nutrasweet that also will give ya nasty headaches.
