Received email but I can't open file. it says its a jpeg but the error say jpgs dont start with 013

try renaming the file. or change the format. go to tools-folder options-view tab-show extensions, then ok. then rename it to name.png & then hit enter. a warning will appear, click ok. then open it

1st try with ms-paint, if it works it is fine.
Else
Drag that file and drop on internet explorer(It is able to open several formates) or choose open with option by right clicking, then choose InternetExplorer.

which email program?
what OS do you have?
without info. all I can say is right clk it and save it to your hard drive and try to opne it from there.

Have you tried opening it with you internet browser. does the log for your browser come up on the list...?
