Been in love and married to same woman for 21 years, now shes left me and Im alone, Dont know if I have what it takes in todays dating market to attract a woman

Nonsense. Don't you know being forty nowadays is the new 30. Anyway you don't have to jump back in the dating scene right now. Take some time to figure out what you want in a woman. Take from your previous relationship and go with that to look for your ultimate girl. Make sure she is what you didn't have in your marriage and more. Be confident but not boastful. Women like confidence, but dislike jerks. Lastly do not feel like you have to change who you are to impress a woman. The right person will like you for who you are and what you are about.

your ex wife did a number on you.-do not hand over your power- always remember, your value does NOT depend on what another person feels and does. the sexiest quality a man can possess is CONFIDENCE-no matter WHAT age you are. work on that and go get the gals! good luck to you!
