You have it all wrong.
It is not the coffee pots , it is the counter.
Counters have coffee attracters in them.
Any object that coffee spills onto have these attracters.
I know because I am a scientist, I wear tweed coats, smoke a briar pipe, and go hmmm, hmmm all the time.
This is so people think I know what I am talking about.
