I am glad I did too! I was told he didn't have a child. Found out by looking at his pay stub, he did. He lied to me about his age, his passport indicated otherwise. I have been in this relationship for three years and suffice it to say not a day has gone by without him lying. Had I not snooped I wouldn't have even found the love letters he was writing to that girl. Snooping and intuition, it is a woman's best friend and often the ticket to enlightenment. I am freed now thanks to the truth. Hail to the power of snooping!

I trust my husband 100% but every now and then I will check I think it's in our nature . Maybe it's insecurity or just from bad experiences we may have had. But if you do check it out do it discreetly you wouldn't want him snooping through your purse right? Too much distrust will cause damage to a relationship.

Women are always a bit more reluctant than men to have unquestioned faith. And they are rather sneaky(why do you think Alias was a hit on ABC)
The thing is most men(except narscistic control freaks) don't do this kind of thing and I doubt any real women would do this. It's a blatant show of distrust and will do nothing other than destroy your relationship, not to mention it's none of your business.
Besides, women have a lot more to hide than men do.

yes, i do snoop! if there is nothing to hide you will not bother! He has the right to do it as well, I would not mind if he does. Its just him who is not curious that is why he does not snoop.
It is not a question of females or males that snoop. It is something that is in the person itself. If he is not curious, he will not snoop, but if a male was curious/jealous then he would snoop too.

I've never snooped in my boyfriends things. If I want to know something, I ask...Sneaking isn't cool.

Nah I don't snoop. My b/f hasn't given me any reason to believe he is doing anything he shouldn't be... We live together, he stays out of my stuff and I stay out of his.
