my windows media player[v.10] cannot connect to Internet?

it is version 10 and i have an adsl connection

Check under Tools>>options>>library tab , check to see if its allowed to connect to the Internet

hello Dear
You should activate automatically updating in it in option bar , also check your firewall or anti virus that may prevent it to connect .

Firewall, server is busy, or wrong proxy config.
