My husband and I have a theroy that maybe he did something bad in Thailand and he wanted out of that country before they found out. Maybe he admitted to this just to get a free plane ride out of town. just a thought.

Karr;s DNA once taken will be in the records permanently and most probably the Law Enforcement officers must have already ran it through their database to catch some unsolved cases if any before they let him off!!

They could although I doubt it would do any good. Karr is pediphile who will most likley watch and not act on his urges. However most psychopaths grow and develop in there psychosis so it could be useful in future cases.
