You can't. Thats what trust in a relationship is all about. Does he say he loves you? Does he hang with you and act in a way that makes you feel that he does? If so then that is as close as you can get. Go with your gut feelings and unless you truley feel there is something wrong, go for it!!

how he treats you and if he says it. If youre happy and he makes you happy, that's a good start. If he goes out of his way to make you happy, thats even better. Love isn't defined by roses and chocolate, but by care and consideration for you.
