Since the Tour Eiffel dont seem to take us to heaven and beyond and the language up in the top dont differ with the downstairs talk id say yes.
With Babel the creator g_d saw the omnipotence in these human beings he originaly had to do schmuutzz for him.
However the highest unknown gave him real perspective back that HE wasnt the highest unknown and this creation was out of materal on site.
But Babel and Eifel isnt to compare since you might consider the possibility that Babel was just a picture for the human real potense and the languages was chaosed by the creator g_d.
If we all talk with the same words he would not be such a chieftain here with clocks and4 rules.

I looked kind of like the leaning tower of pisa but strait. I have no idea how tall it was. Probably not as tall as the taipei 101, the worlds current tallest building, because of the technology available to its builders

Yes, it was taller because they were building it to try to get to Heaven. It looked like a tower.

According to the book of Jasher it took the guys carrying the mortor and the bricks 1 full year to go up to the Top. That tell you how high it was?

yeah, it went all the way to the outer atmosphere, oh no it didn't, god the vandal bashed it down, i believe when it was exactly the same size as the Trifle tower
