Yes, but it depends on what you want to do. You are describing a convertor, but you didn't say if you are trying to get a video signal INTO the computer, or FROM the computer and to a TV or something, but I guess if it's USB, you want to get the signals into the PC - if you want to get computer video to a TV, you would use the VGA port.

There will be no such cable.Whatever you want to connect to an av socket from a USB need a converter of some kind.

it is degerous that the av jack and usb cable get together.
so i think it is impossible to find such as products in the market.
