Are you asking about NTSE ? If yes, then here is your answer.

Look NTSE is exam held all over India and 0.1 - 1 % of the total candidates appearing are selected. NTSE stands for National Talent Search Examination. So they want to select the best brains from INDIA. Right !!!!

Hence, the level of the question paper is a little higher than the level of the candidates those are sitting for the exam. For that you go to any book store and ask for a NTSE Book from which you can practice and you will have an idea about what all types of questions can be asked.

Generally, it includes:

1. Logical ability : That you will have to practice from some book.

2. Mathematics : For that you must have some idea about the chapters of 9th and 10th, which are not that hard. If we talk about 8th Mathematics, you should have perfect command on your NCERT books. Each and every problem should be solved by you.

3. Science : This includes Physics and Chemistry. I am not sure whether Biology is also included in that or not. The science asked in NTSE paper is very logical and if you have your concepts clear uptil 8th also, you can easily crack the science paper.

I will still advice you to have a preparation book for NTSE which are available in the market. From that you can practice as well as have the feel of the question paper.
