She said she couldnt spk so wat was it she said she saw a girl holding a letter then she dissapered my sis can see ghosts etc....So was this a codeor a msg???plz help thankz!!!

There are 2 possibilities:
1. Your sister was hallucinating, and experiencing a type of hysterical paralysis. Make sure she is not on any kind of meds for depression or bipolar disorder, etc. as she could be having a negative reaction.
In the absence of a chemical imbalance or drug use...
2. Your sister actually saw a spirit, that is trying to either contact her or harm her. This is actually very serious. Human spirits DON'T HANG OUT after death, they are escorted on to the next plane. Anything "imitating" a human spirit is actually an evil Non -Human Spirit, commonly called a demon. It's ultimate intent is to decieve and/or kill. Have the place cleansed immediately!
If the spirit is actually a "messenger" (angel of light) it will identify itself right away. Double-check anything it says, however. Sometimes the NHS's will imitate angels also. The "angel's" message will be the identifier .
Be careful, in either event. I wouldn't leave your sister alone tonight.

well obviously the ghost mailman(women) send it to the wrong address. Or suppose to send it to the "people" living in your house but they went for paradise so she saw your sister and decided to pass her the letter instead?
Think of why the crap will a girl give you a letter? A real one or a illusionary. Think of what recent events link back to the letter. How did it look like. How old, how old was the girl. You cannot even say she is a girl. Might be a girl in her 100s. Feeling scared is neccesary. Or the girl might just be one of the "people" who once lived in your house and just saw her letter which your sister was sleeping on?

Scripture says to test every spirit because Satan can appear as an angel of light.
You can test a spirit by asking a question... the devil can not tell the truth.
You can try: "Do you admit that Jesus Christ, the son of God was born in the flesh?"
I hope you are friends with Jesus Christ and if you are not.... you may want to find a Minister or find someone that is very religious and they should be able to help you. But if you are a Christian.... tell your sister to pray to Jesus Christ for help the next time she sees this Ghost because at the name of Jesus Christ the son of God.... according to scripture, all knee's will bend in earth and in heaven.... and then ask Jesus to REBUKE that evil spirit.
I ask Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior to REBUKE that evil spirit in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit... Amen.
Always test the spirit..... Do you believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God? Do you admit that Jesus Christ came in the flesh?
If you are able to say YES to the two questions, then God can help you.
One more thing... your sister seems to have the gift of Visions... she will need to see a minister that deals with visioning because she may need somekind of anointing for protection. This gift of seeing can cause a person to have many problems if left unchecked. I wish I could help but I'm in Hawaii.... so pray to God for help and I pray that he will hear you.

Wow cool your sis saw a ghost!
uhrmm...anyway a ghost appeared to her as a simple apparition, in that case the ghost IS trying to say something, it is trying to communicate with your sis.
If it once again appeared, then this is proved that it has a message.

ive heard that poltergeists can hold people down and even prevent them from speaking. could be one of those.
as for a girl holding a letter, maybe your sister will continue to see the girl and will gradually get closer and closer to the actual message.

Could be an angel. Read Silvia Browne's "Book of Angels." Sometimes angels hold us down to stop something bad from happening to us.

the ghost is angry about something that was written in a legal document. something that is actually true but the ghost didn't want it known.

incubus/succubus sexual deviant spirits,tell her to stop inviting them in her life, not speaking of sexual matters or taking part in masturbation practices, if that doesn't work she needs to pray and ask for Jesus to help her.
