Well it depends, seeing as you said your not in love with him. If you only want some fun then of course go ahead and sleep with him (make sure it's safe though). But if you are starting to care more for this man you should leave him alone, by the sounds of it he will never leave his girlfriend and will only end up breaking your heart.
