Shouldn't that be something you WANT to do after you've found Miss Right, not Miss Right-Now?
Try on line personals and the personal ads in your local papers. Most of them have women looking for a relationship. Just find one that suits your criteria, then contact her about meeting for a date. Let nature take it from there, and eventually you'll find a good woman.
