Hmmm. Why you'd want to do this i don't know because you could go to jail...I see how people make bathrooms nasty by throwing trash on the floors and writing on the walls. I don't think anyone would be that nasty at their own house..

the best way is to find a wall with alot of grafffiti and go to home depot right, and buy some flat paint and
then go to the wall and paint over the graffiti
then going to the next graffiti wall until every wall is decent and the neighborhood has pride.
by then you won't care about destroying a public restroom
as you all the wall would have been revandalized within 3 min of you leaving them.
because of people like you, others have to live in a crapy parts of towns.

Once while we were way out in the country miles from anywhere some one wanted to go to the toilet, but the previous user had taken a sledge hammer to the whole place, that was pretty creative, made a change from the usual graffiti on the walls. There was litterally nothing left just rubble.

Why would you want to do that? Public bathrooms are very expensive to maintain and they are there for a reason. For public convenience.
