First, be sure that it's okay to date within your company. Once that's squared away, approach the object of your affections and subtly bring up the subject of dating. You don't really have to be shy about it--you're both adults. But don't be too frank either, or you'll scare her away. Be confident. Be charming. The one thing you never ever want to do is express your feelings about her to everyone else--gossip can be harmful and could wreck all your chances at being with her.
As for more things you should never ever do... Never ask her out in front of other co-workers, never put the words "I", "like", and "you" in a sentence--it's much too childish, and never ever try to give her flowers or food unless you're absolutely sure she has no allergies to them and/or she's not on a "diet", lol.
I would also suggest you not date a person wihin your department. But if you can't do that or you're company's just too small for individual departments, then you'll just have to find a way to work with the relationship. I'm sure you'll do fine, though.
Now with all of that said, I bid you farewell and the best of luck!

First you have to find out if there is a policy on dating co-workers...yeah some companies actually have that. The best time to ask a co-worker out might be on a friday. Just say something like...I'm going to the club later...wanna come? or Talk about a movie that u've been longing to watch or u think they might wanna see, and then if they say that they would like to see it, ask them out. Make sure u have the time and everything figured out though....therefore they wont change their mind. Hope this helps!

Be very careful. Depending on where you work, even the slightest interest in a relationship could get you in trouble. Now, I would advise asking her to lunch or something trivial that you could easily play off. Then, once you're out to lunch or coffee, etc, you can bring up the possibility of dating in your own fashion. Don't be afraid, but tread carefully in the work place.

it's never a great idea to go out with someone you work with just because one way or another, there will be conflict in the office. not only will it ruin your working relationship but you could also lose a job.

Be careful. Your employer might have a policy that prohibits such behavior.
If it won't jeopardize your job, just go for it. She might be waiting for your invitation.
Good luck!

does your company have a non-dating clause in your terms of employment???
if not, just say, "would you like to go out???"
