i want to tell this girl that i saw her chatting to this guy a bit, and joke about them. etc ill say "so i saw you and simon talking a bit, whats going on there hey???" then wink,smile nudge with arm
I know i sound like a little kid, im 23.
this other guy is like the ultimate nerd at uni, so not worried, but thought it was a good way to show interest, ie as if i been paying attention to her (which i have)
or is this bad way to go?

it is a good thing if it is within reason, like how you are doing it. It makes us girls feel special and attractive and so on and so forth...it's flattering to us that other guys are jealous and that they are paying us attention. However, don't get carried away! There's a fine line between showing attention to flatter and annoyingly possessive.

Women are wacko..who knows..if she likes you she won't mind because then she knows your interested.
If she doesn't like you,or not interested in you then she will think you are some psycho.
No one will ever understand women,I don't think that they even understand themselves.
They don't make sense,they contradict themselves constantly,and then think they are right no matter what they say and you can't win an argument with them,because you can never win with them no matter what you do.
If you are nice to them ,they think you are a wuss and not interested in you,If you treat them bad ,they become attracted to you but complain about you to their friends..you can't win..

no its not bad... but not too much to the point your partner gets irritated... show it in a sweet. pleasing way by not over reacting.. at the same time... listen to your partners explanation for you guys to understand each other... =)
you are not a kid... thats normal.. but jealousy can turn to being possessive which is not healthy.. try to balance and learn how to trust your partner.. it there is a good reason to be jealous then be open if not jsut keep it to yourself.. and go on..

Jealousy shows ones immaturity and lack of confidence/trust. She just might like that nerd so be careful what you say about him.
Your approach might work, but I'd be more direct. It will save you time and effort.

well, sometimes it can be cute...some people want that, they like being all worshipped,, and others can't stand it...so it just matters who your doing it in front of...
sometimes if you do it to a less than attractive person...even when just having fun...it makes you look like an ***...
seems that you are making the point that you are better tham them...even when it's a joke...
