Plz guide me about conch republic passport and some thing about its government....

It was a joke...it's not real and the Conch Republic was a comedic response to a stupid event in history when the U.S. Govt basically set up a border in Florida City. I doubt if your passport is worth more than a souvenir.

Certainly the most sought after passport and readily accepted in all countries of the world without the requirement of a visa,you are a fortunate holder of this document,tell me are you a born citizen of the Conch Republic or a naturalized citizen?

No, it is not valid for anything except passage off the Florida Keys and onto the mainland. Don't try using it for anything else unless you want to be detained and possibly strip-searched.
