Oh, right, he's like that anyway, in person, at a meeting of world leaders.
At least with IM he couldn't goose the female world leaders.

I think it would be a very different place. Instead of going through this department and that diplomat and their embassy the leaders could speak what is really on their minds. Sometimes I think communications between countries is comparable to a huge game of gossip at a teen party where the parents aren't home and someone spiked the punch!! The beginning of the conversation has absolutely no resemblance to the end!!
