You should go and see your Dr and check that you don't have any underlying problems causing your hair loss i.e. hormone imbalances, low vitamin levels ect.
If there's nothing your Dr can find and it's just genetics, a good suppliment for hair is Kelp. It speeds up growth and thickness, also indulge yourself in a head massage as it will stimulate the blood circulation to your folicles.

This is a good guide with a step-by-step method to get your hair back http://hairagain.toptips.org
Male hair loss is the most common type of hair loss. It's caused by increased sensitivity to male sex hormones (androgens) in certain parts of the scalp, and is passed on from generation to generation. There are many factors that can attribute to hair recession or massive hair fall. You can try to regain your full head of healthy hair by following natural methods: they are cheaper, they have no side effect and very often more effective than conventional one.
As said above an interesting guide you can follow to get your hair back and prevent future hair loss without dangerous chemicals and drugs, and without expensive supplements or painful hair transplants is available on this site: http://hairagain.toptips.org

It depends on your age if you have just had a baby due to hormonal changes or the menopause this Im afraid happens. It will only last a short while and if at all worried see your Gp who will be able to reassure you. Sometimes, bleaching or plaiting tightly will have the same effect. Make sure you see the GP as that can also discount any problems.

Do you notice bald spots or thinning on your head? It is normal to lose a little more hair the older you get, but if you are having patchyness or bald spots, you could try Rogaine for women. They sell it over the counter and its not too expensive. Its worth a try if the hair loss becomes a real problem.

As it's falling out keep it in a tupperware box. That way you shouldn't loose it and be able to keep it forever.

its time to shave your head completely bald and sport the new hairstyle while people still think that you have hair. that way no one notices that you are going bald.
