Communication is exchange of thought, feelings, emotions , an idea from one person to another. Basically, to improve written communication, one should read good english newspaper , preferrably EDITORIAL column. 2. For spoken english, the best remedy is to shed the fear and start talking to all in a way u can in english. This even if there is mistake slowly u will develop confidence & rectify the errors. Then fluency will pick up.. TAKE A DOSE OF CONFIDENCE. .

Communication can be improved when people learn to listen. Stop trying to jump in with your opinion and ideas. Really listen to what the other person is saying.
Make sure when you do share your thoughts that you do so factually and not with information you gleaned at the local watering hole.
Do not believe gossip or rumors and don't spread them.
I believe the main key is putting aside your personal agenda and listen to what the other person has to say.

just make a group of ur friends..who r really interested in communication...and start it.
speak in public places...and dont loose a single moment...
