Depends on your religion.
If you're an atheist - none at all.
If you're a mohommedan : sunrise - if you can see it through the rain and the smog, If not, stay in bed and don't bother. All other prayer times - same applies.
If you're a xtian: when you can be bothered and never during coronation street.
If you're a Wiccan - see mohommedan times.
If you're a jew: 18 mins before each of the mohommedan times.
Everybody else: 5 mins after the judgement call "last orders please"

prayer suppose not to have time because the "bible which is the word of GOD says pray without season" that mean there is no special time for prayer, whether in UK or any where else

all churches are open from 8am until at least 7pm my friend, all local churches have signs outside detailing the specific services and what time they commence, maths i believe is at 12 Oclock on a sunday..
