this may happen directly after the dell logo is monitored or after some minutes ofstart working. This is new defect ,only one week.

it could be ur lcd monitor...loose connection maybe. it happened to me once. call ur local agent

Loose connection between monitor and board you must have dropped that laptop

Is it over heating ? Is the fan still working, my guess is lose wires as others have said

have you tried replacing your battery-this probably isn't related but the batteries of dell laptops had a call back due to them catching fire....then again it could be related....
