See a health care professional or a pharmacist. They could tell you what kind of soap is best for your condition.

Fleur there are soaps available that are low irritant meaning they carry no perfumes and are gentler to the skin they are available over the counter at super markets and pharmacy's the other thing to do is get a good skin oil like Alfa Carey oil ,add it to your bath or apply it manually at night .My daughter suffers from a similar if not the same condition and if she keeps doing this it clears up farely quickly iIhope it helps

I'll wash them, but in all seriousness you need to change to a milder soap and go see your doctor on what is causing the irritation

Change your soap? Sounds like your skin has a reaction to it.
Try a oatmeal type soap, if that doesn't help, then ask a doctor or dermatologist for help.

my sister has sensitive skin, as I can see you do, too, try switching to a different brand of soap, like DOVE.
