well i wanna know what my lowest healthy weight is...how much should a 5'5" 15 year old girl weigh....i currently weigh 124lbs...and evryone says im perfect...but theres bits that should be toned...im a size8-10...but i do need to loose weight since i have a real small frame and loadsa fat onnit

Well considering your age and height, I think you should be around 115-120, so you are pretty good. It probably wouldn't hurt to just go take a walk out in the morning for 20 min. You shouldn't worry about it much. You're in pretty good shape. Hope I helped!

Well I'd say your weight is pretty good now. If you wanted to go down to 120lb, this would be fine too and would make you a size 8. Even with a really small frame, you don't need to be less than a size 8 at 5ft5. Take care : )

Weight is perfect for you but do exercise to keep your body toned and fit. The best way is a brisk walk every day for 15-20 minutes. You'll be fit soon then.

Actually, your weight is fine. If you want to tone, then I would suggest a good overall exercise program. This will lessen the fat and increase muscle and definition. You may experience weight gain, but I think your self esteem will improve when you see the improvement.

if u have a baby book which is a book about how much u weigh your height and your name things like that it will have a graph nearly at the back of the book and it will tell u there if not go to a doctor or the hospital and ask them try and get a professional answer

well my dear ur absolutely normal while compare to other girls , u think tht ur fat is available and i think tht is also visible ,dont worry if u eat 3 times in a day just divide into 5 time of ur daily intake and maintain regular walk till u get sweat ok.

You are at a perfect weight for your height. If you need to tone up, you need to exercise.

about 120 is the low for your height. do some toning exerises. you're young so that should work good for you.

there is no real way to determine some ones ideal body weight as it really depends on your buid!!
