Instead of talking on the phone try to have a more intimate relationship by doing it in person. If that idea doesn't fly with him, try giving him an incentive to seeing you, instead of just hearing you. The right outfit will make him want to be within eye sight at all times. I'd go for the whole school girl, or librarian look, but that's just my preference or if you two really know each other try wearing a little less if you know what I mean. Answer: Stop wasting your time. Be realistic. Find someone you can actually spend time with and have a REAL relationship. What you have is a friend who calls you. You enjoy talking together. But realistically you two can't have a real relationship unless somebody moves. So either study hard, get a good marketable degree where you can travel and get employment anywhere and go sweep him off of his feet, wait for him to do that for you, or forget about a relationship with him.
