You could, but i wouldn't suggest it. It can cause major system conflicts, both would see each other as viruses, and it's generally would just be pretty nasty.
Stick to one. And id suggest a smaller more lightweight virus scanner than the two you mentioned. AVG Antivirus or Avast! are two great progams, and are small and don't hog processing power and are free.

No you wont run.Both the programs are such that they do not allow other similar program to run.You have to installed one program only.

I would think they would conflict with each other.Also, they are both garbage and both are a resource hog.
