You could, but i wouldn't suggest it. It can cause major system conflicts, both would see each other as viruses, and it's generally would just be pretty nasty.
Stick to one. And id suggest a smaller more lightweight virus scanner than the two you mentioned. AVG Antivirus or Avast! are two great progams, and are small and don't hog processing power and are free.
