Here's the deal. I spent this weekend with a really close friend of mine, and we ended up getting even closer (if you know what i mean). Things were fine until today when we both went to work and had to go our separate directions so to speak, which is when then question of what is going on between us came up. (But unfortunately we don't work close to each other so had to put the conversation on hold.)

I'm pretty sure she likes me and I definitely like her and would love to be more than just friends. We are both obviously a bit apprehensive cause we don't want to jeopardise our friendship. I'm speaking to her later on, this evening, and just want advice on what I can say to :
a) make her realise that I am genuinly a nice guy and not out for one thing,
b) make her think that maybe we should try giving things a go,
and failing all that
c) make sure things aren't awkward and weird from now on.

Any help anyone can offer would really help stop my head from spinning!! Thanks

Stop stressing dude or you will go bald. Firstly when you talk to her tonight tell how you feel about everything and that you want to give things a go. She does not have to reflect those feelings you just thought that she need to know how you feel. Be honest and sincere and take things as it come. Once you start planning stuff like this then everything just goes wrong, trust me. So be honest and tell her how she really makes you feel and too spice things up a bit, arrive with a bunch of flowers or a box of chocolates then you can eat them together. Best of luck amigo

depends on what you are feeling.if you feel like you could develope some true love feelings for her you should give it a shot and tell her that, even if you jeperdise a friendship. you could gain more.
people who don`t take risks are no winners!
if not than i would say c).

Offer to take her out to dinner and maybe a movie. Tell her how you feel ask her if she feels the same. If so, COOL!! If not you can still be friends.

You need to talk openly and honestly about how you feel about each other and what you want for the future, if it can work it will. Try the truth, it works miracles.
