I'd ask a lawyer as they could tell you how to go about it and follow their advice. If there is an executioner of the will be sure to mention it. I bet your dog will live out his days much happier with the kindness you'll bestow upon him even in your death. Congrats on your win. :) I wish I could win the lottery too would make my life so much easier.
I've found a few places you should take a look at the first one has excerpts from a book that might be able to help you more. Also you'll probably have to check your states laws, but it's always the best advice to go to your lawyer with this matter. I know I have heard of other people who have left their estates and money to their beloved pet, so I know that it is allowed to some degree. The last one you will have to go to page 17 to read as it refers to your question as well. The link right above it talks about how to go about setting up a Pet Trust which may or may not be recognized by your state in which you live in. Hope they'll give you some ideas, the links I have provided as resources bellow, but I still highly recommend discussing the laws of your state with your lawyer and ask if it is possible for their the only ones who'd know if you can or not. As I'm thinking it depends on what state that you live in and their laws about it.

Adopt a family that will take good care of your dog. Without love and companionship the dog will die earlier then necessary. Go to an estate lawyer, but remember animals need love not just money.

Hey Chandran, congrats on winning the Lotto. You can't leave it to your dog, sorry. Leave it to a college or something. Or you can blow it all, your choice.
