File a police report immediately. Cancel the credit card. Have the credit bureau's placed a fraud alert on your credit report. The credit bureau's will send you a copy of your credit reports for free.

*Agrees to all above* Here's a couple questions for you... One, how did they get your credit card to copy it, Two, why are you asking Answers? Just call the pokice and Credit Card Company, and The actual person, if you know them. Lol.

Well, if you care or don't wish to pay for it, then I would call your creditor or credit card company and report it stolen or reference mastercard/visa/discover/etc., dot com. Don't hire an attorney to do the creditors jobs, unless of course you have a personal attorney at your disposal-to which case, I very highly doubt. You could also make reference to Federal trade commission's webserver and/or federal websites that dictate liability pertaining to such case. I HOPE YOU KNOW YOUR RIGHTS! vote if this was helpful!

contact the police ASAP then call your credit card company to see what their policies are and what you need to do to file a fraud claim....most companies require you to contact the police and make a report so that the claim will be validated...otherwise they think you're just tryin to get over...
