if you talking to some one and its long distance you have told them that you like them but they want say nothing bout really liken you and yall have been talking for a year but they run there phone bill up to 600 dollars a month would they do that if they didnt like you

honestly, I don't really buy into this long distance thing. If you're spending that much on phone bills, one of you should buy a plane ticket and see if something really does exist between you. There might be a guy right around the corner that you would have met- if you hadn't been so busy chatting on the phone. The live vibe is crucial, and just because you guys have good phone doesn't mean you're meant to be together.

There's no point talking on the phone for that long if they don't know their feelings. If they were really, really sure...they would have said. Sometimes people run up huge bills just because they're lonely, not necessarily because they're into someone.

Its possible but you have given him opportunities to say it if it were so. If he cannot express his feelings when invited to do so then he has a problem. I suggest you come out and ask him. Let him know you are confused and would like to know whats going on.
Either way you need to keep your eyes and ears wide open b4 getting into a relationship. Something about this just seem odd in my opinion.
