My three year old doesn't eat much vegetables, but he drinks them. I have a good juicer and every morning we make juice together. Broccoli, celery, cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, all raw, mixed with apples and oranges. He loves making the juice, he loves drinking it. How many other ways can I get him to consume the vitamins from a whole bunch of raw broccoli? Works great for me. I don't have to worry about him eating vegies so long as he eats everything else and drinks the juice.

You could try to cut some vegetables into little pieces mix it in the pasta or a cassarole. Sounds like she eats better then some kids I know. At my daughter's head start when they eat lunch the teacher tells her that it helps you grow big and strong. My daughter has starting eating better.

i'm no longer enormous on the assumption of hiding them in different meals. It does not instruct them something. they do no longer study the cost of eating them or to verify to love them. probability is she does no longer hate all culmination. She basically does not pick to eat them in all probability because of the fact she is conscious she would be in a position to get something she likes extra effective if she does not? My daughter grew to become into like that at 2. nonetheless tries it each so often at 3. I provide my daughter a banana at breakfast then tell her if she needs cereal or toast or something she has to have the banana first. Its usually long previous genuine away. At lunch attempt offering a plate of diverse vegetables and culmination. If thats all thats obtainable and there's a huge form she might grab something and eat it. you additionally can attempt including a splash something to her meals to cause them to extra relaxing. a splash cheese sauce to her broccoli, some dip for uncooked vegetables, combination the fruit right into a smoothie, positioned some berries into her oatmeal or on her ice cream. as quickly as she starts to take exhilaration in them with something she may well be extra open to eating them on their own.

My son was like that. We stuck to simple at first..green beans and corn on the cob. For carrots make them candied carrots. Kinda like sweet potatoes only they are carrots instead. Also try explaining to her now that french fries are potatoes (make them at home-just fry some potoates up.) Call them round fries or big fries depending on how you slice them. If you can get her to eat these veggies the rest will follow in time. Also instead of corn one night try hominy. You could also try some celery with peanut butter and rasions on top (ants on a log).

My Daughter has always loved her veggies. I attribute most of this to our garden. We started our garden when she was about a year old and she just got the biggest kick out of going down and picking her own veggies. She wouldnt even wait till we got them into the house to start snaking sometimes. I find with her, that if it is on her terms, or she thinks it is her idea, she is much more likely to do something.

Maybe take her to the produce section and show her all the differant kinds, and wonder out loud to yourself how each one tastes and how delicious they must be. Perhaps she will get curious and want to pick out differant vegetables to take home and try. And maybe research with her differant ways to cook them. Get her involved and interested in discovering vegetables. If she is a curious little girl I don't see how she could resist all the colors and shapes in the produce section.

Make them tastier. Experiment with different styles of cooking. Mix 'em with the meat, or just encourage her to eat more fruits.

Just keep offering them to her all kids go through a stage were they wont eat veg's but don't try and force her it will just prolong the stage. My son decided on his owe that he now likes veg's it only took 3 and half years but he did it on his own I just gave them to him every day and most of the time ended up throwing them away until one day he ate his corn them he keep trying them and now loves them. so just wait it out and it will happen when she is ready to eat them she will. If you feel she is missing something from her diet then give her a vitamin.

ur child is on the stage of understanding now...so its better for you to tell him the pro's and cons of not eating vegetable....but u have hard point to him the real effect of eating only the things he is trying to take in right now....
Another possible way to encourage him is to let him eat with someone who love eating vegetable....
My niece is the same with your child...she doesnt like eating vegetable at first, specially the leafy one...because she doesnt exactly know how chew it well...But then her mom is one of the good cook...that her cooking had encourage her child to eat vegetables....
