Don't bring up the girl that likes you, don't act flattered by her attention. If your girlfriend brings up the other girl, just tell her that scag means nothing to you. If you seem like you like the attention, it will piss your girl off every time.

honestly... eventually shell just get over it...
say that if you had fallen for the other girl there would be no reason at all ure still with her... and if you do do the extra mile... make her notice it... this is one of the times where its not a jackass thing to say "i did this becuz i know you are a little insecure about us, i want you to know that ive never been into this other girl, theres no reason for me to lie to you"... and then you could say something cheesy like "i hope you enjoy the chocolates, even though they arent even as close to as sweet as you are"
after that only time will tell... if she starts playing the jealous game... thats a whole nother story... but ide understand why u wudnt want your girlfriend to feel insecure for no reason... once you love some1 playing with their head just hurts you way more than its entertainment value lol...

Just keep going the extra mile to show your girlfriend how special she is to you and eventually she'll feel more secure in your relationship. Don't get sucked into playing the defensive if she keeps bringing it up. Just play it off like it's laughable to think that you'd choose anyone but her.
