No and you'll be hard pressed to find one that is specifically for such a particular group of people. I know that a lot of adult hookup sites like AFF have a lot of people looking for "discrete" relationships but realistically very few people are looking for someone that's wanting to cheat on their significant other because typically those people cheat on the next people they're with too. If you're unhappily attached the best option is to become unattached before starting something else up or you'll find that you'll only be able to hook up with people as unethical and untrustworthy as you.

This is the worst approach - it won't solve anything long term. Unless, of course, you get caught out dating by (i.e cheating on) your partner. Then you face the likelihood of a messy split. Better bring your unhappiness out into the open in an adult way - see if you can fix it one way or another between you. If you can't fix it then a clean and civilised split can be organised. Either result is more likely to bring you happiness than your current idea.
