Black. It's more bold and easier to read and see. But, I hear that when you write your goals, dreams, wishes, plans, etc., in blue they have a much greater chance of coming to pass (the mind sees blue as more possible and friendly and welcoming so it puts it in a different category as something achievable, good, fun and optimistic)
